Scope
380m² mezzanine designed and fabricated to engineer specification (5 kPa UDL), with two egress staircases and perimeter balustrading. Installed over a Christmas shutdown.
Constraints
Warehouse couldn’t lose receiving capacity during construction. Mezzanine footprint had to leave three loading bays operational throughout install.
Outcome
Structure erected in 9 days with phased bay access. Load-test certification issued before handover. 3PL reopened full receiving 3 January without delay.
