Scope
Primary and secondary access platforms around four process vessels, plus 420m of interconnecting walkway with fall-arrest support points. Modular fabrication designed for 20ft container transport.
Constraints
Site access only via Kalgoorlie–Boulder highway, 600km road freight. Every module had to land under container-legal dimensions and integrate with existing plant with zero site modification.
Outcome
17 modules delivered in three batches over six weeks. Site install crew assembled in 11 days with our scaffolder on-site. MDR pack delivered with full weld certification and galv thickness reports.
