Scope
316 stainless fabrication including mash tun rakes, transfer piping supports, kettle platform with access stair, and stillage for 30 x 50-litre keg storage. All hygienic TIG welds with electro-polished finish.
Constraints
Brewhouse already partially commissioned — new fabrication had to tie into existing piping at live flanges and pass HACCP review before tank re-certification.
Outcome
Zero rework. Passivation and surface-finish certification supplied. HACCP auditor signed off first visit. Brewery came back for cellar platform extension six months later.
